Julia and I are here in Buenos Aires getting ready for the ODR Forum later this week - but for the moment just seeing the sights. We had a great time last night visiting with Alberto and Alecia and talking about mediation over dinner. Alberto is hosting the Forum and Alecia runs the largest mediation center in Argentina, so we had a lot of talk and interesting perspectives flying across the table.
As the week goes on, I'll post notes from the Forum.

- is the Chief of Staff for the National Mediation Board (NMB), an independent U.S. Government agency responsible for labor-management dispute resolution in the airline and railroad industries. Before coming to the NMB he was the owner/President of Holistic Solutions, Inc. (1996-2001), Senior Vice President of J. Cooper & Associates (1995-1996), an Expert Consultant to the United States Department of Agriculture (1990-1994), and a member of the faculty at George Mason University (1978-1990). In addition to his work with the NMB, he maintains a dispute resolution practice that often crosses cultural, national, and technological borders.
